Returns and Refunds

1. Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or other circumstances outside of your statutory rights. Please choose carefully before placing your order.



2. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your email] with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once assessed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs.



3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Collectibles or figurines that have been opened, handled, or removed from their original packaging will not be eligible for return unless faulty.



4. Process for Returns

Approved returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed faulty or damaged upon delivery.



5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
